Nurse's Notes

English as a Second Language Edna Gonzales The ESL program is for Pre K through 4th grade students.  We have ESL for students whose primary language is anything other than English.  All students will be tested with the LPT (Language Proficiency Test).  Students that qualify will be pulled out for 45 minutes daily for specialized instruction.  Teacher who receive these students will be ESL certified or bilingual.   Our Bilingual campus is Schertz Elementary.  Students in the bilingual/ dual language program will be bussed to Schertz Elementary.   For more information, please call Edna Gonzales at 619-4350 or e-mail her at egonzales@scuc.txed.net
