Briefing on Dangers of Prescription Drugs | Monday, December 8th
The SCUCISD Safe Schools & Drug Free Committee and the SCUCISD Police Department will be providing a briefing on the trends and dangers of prescription drug abuse on Monday, December 8th, 2008, at 6:30 pm in the Samuel Clemens High School Auditorium. This is open to all district residents and parents. Chief Noegel of the SCUCISD Police Department will be the guest speaker.
Grade Recovery Classes | Class List
Beginning November 12, students who failed a course for the first nine weeks will have the opportunity to recover that credit. Recovery classes will be offered before & after school. For a list of courses being offered, refer to the class list and/or contact your child's teacher. Please note that transportation will not be provided, so arrangements must be made to have your child at school by 7:30 AM, or picked up after 5:15 PM, depending on the recovery class time you choose.
Project Graduation | Benefit Night @ Taco Cabana -- December 9th, 6:30 -- 9:00 PM
Project graduation will meet twice more during the month of December:
- Tuesday, 12/09 - Taco Cabana on 3009 @ 6:30 PM (benefit night, 6:30 - 9:00)
- Monday, 12/15 - Regular meeting in F219 @ 6:30 PM
Mandatory Tutorials | download
Beginning Monday, September 22nd, 9th & 10th graders failing any of their core courses will be required to attend mandatory lunch-time tutorials. More information can be found in this document.
Attention Students: If you were not at prep days or do not have all your textbooks yet, please see Mr. Cisco in the upstairs G gallery. Mr. Cisco is available between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. daily.
