Here’s the schedule:
Pre-Kindergarten and PPCD: July 30 (8:30am – 6pm)
Registration for all PK and identified PPCD students will be held at Wiederstein Elementary
Kindergarten – 4th grades: July 31 (8:30am – 6pm) OR August 2 (9am – 12noon)
Registration for Kindergarten – 4th graders will be held atSchertz Elementary.
Here’s what you need for grades PK - 9th:
1. Picture ID of the parent registering the student. (military or driver’s license)
2. The most current proof of residence. (current gas, water, or electric bill)
3. All students who are new to the district will need: shot records, a birth certificate, and a social security card (social security card is optional).
4. Pre-K students will need proof of family income, if applying based on income. If applying based on active duty military status, please bring military ID card.
5. If you are renting, you must bring a copy of the current, signed lease agreement with rental term dates.
6. If you are building a house in the district, you must bring a signed copy of the builder’s contract to Central Office before visiting the campus.
7. The most current divorce or custody papers and any other legal documents concerning guardianship.
8. Power of Attorney and residency affidavit documents from 2007-2008 are void and must be renewed for the 2008-2009 school year through the SCUCISD Police Department.
9. You will need to complete an AGR card (Age/Grade/Residence). This card also contains emergency contact information. Please have that information with you.
Please note: Packets may be picked up for new students in grades K-6 on July 23-24, 2008. You may obtain a packet at the student’s “home” campus from 9:00am – 3:00pm. Bring completed packets to registration. Certain registration forms for K-6 students will be posted to the district’s website for you to print and complete prior to registration. Bring completed forms to registration. Thank you for your cooperation in helping the district update records and validate student information.
