positive values of our community through the involvement of musically literate and performance proficient students. "Elementary students have the opportunity to experience music through singing, movement, and instruments. Students are exposed to several genres of music, including opera, musical theater, orchestral, jazz, folk, and many others. Students are taught the fundamentals of music theory as well as improvisation and composition. "All fourth grade students have the opportunity to be a part of extracurricular campus choirs that perform in the community." |
