Patrice Mulkey Fourth Grade My name is Patrice Mulkey. I am a 4th grade teacher at Watts Elementary. This is my 10th year of teaching. I have taught a year of 1st and a year of 5th grade in addition to teaching 7 years of 4th grade. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Studies with a math minor from Texas A&M University in 1996.
