Important Procedures
Parent Drop Off / Pick Up
Parent pick up and drop off will be at the rear of the school. Students waiting for parent pick up will wait in the library. Parents may gain access by turning onto Loch Lomand off of Bentwood Ranch Road. See attached map. Parents will enter the service road from Zoeller and turn right and be directed to the rear turn around for student loading and unloading. Parents will exit through Zoeller Road. Bus pick up and drop off will be through the service road near the gym. This entrance is for BUSES ONLY.

Morning Routine
Bus riders will be dropped off next to the Gym. Parents dropping off their children will drop them off in the back of the school. (See above for more information.) Bike riders & walkers will park their bike and enter through the rear of the school. Students needing to eat breakfast will make their way to the cafeteria upon arrival. Pre-K, Kinder, 1st, and 2nd graders will wait in the Gym to be dismissed to their class. 3rd & 4th graders will wait in the Cafeteria.
Afternoon Routine
Bus riders will report to the Gym. Parent pick-up students will report to the Library. (Parents picking up their children will need to follow the procedures mentioned above.) Bike riders and walkers will exit through the back of the school. Students going to Prime Time will report to the Cafeteria.
Visitors
Visitor parking is located at the front of the school. All visitors must enter through the main doors and check in with the receptionist. Please be sure to bring proper ID. All visitors are required to wear a "Visitor" badge.
