Parent Connection

ParentConnection serves as a portal to your child's success! By creating a ParentConnection account, you will be able to view your child(ren)'s grades and attendance online. This is only available for students in grades 2 through 12.

It is very important that you either read the documentation and/or watch the new video tutorials that are provided on the ParentConnection Help Center page. The application process is simple, but PLEASE refer to the documentation and videos BEFORE creating your account.

Documentation has been updated and will help you easily and successfully create your account and add your student(s) without making common mistakes that cause denials and frustration. The documentation is formatted for online use but is provided in a printer friendly format as well. New this year are video tutorials for you to watch in addition to, or in lieu of, reading the documentation. To create your account you will need to have the following information:

• Your home address and phone number

• A password (at least 6 characters in length-alphanumeric)

• Your email address (which will be verified)

• Your child(ren)'s registration information

Once you have created your account (no approval required) you can add your student(s) to your account (requires approval).

After you complete the application, please allow 3-5 days for the account to be processed. You will receive an email that either confirms the student link(s) to your account, or states the reason that your application has been denied.

Grades that appear on ParentConnection are as current as the teacher's electronic gradebook. Please allow adequate time for teachers to grade papers and enter the grades into the system. Remember, teachers have the full-time job of teaching, planning, collaborating, meeting, and assessing student work. Questions concerning your child’s grades need to be directed to the teacher or campus principal.
