Respect your teacher and your classmates.
Character counts! -No profanity, insulting remarks or harassment of any kind is allowed.
Tardies are assigned according to school policy.
Follow the teacher’s directions, the first time they are given.
Keep the classroom neat and clean.
No food or drink is allowed in the classroom.
No gum chewing is allowed in the classroom.
Remain seated until the teacher dismisses you.
Do not speak while the teacher is speaking. Raise your hand if you wish to make a comment or ask a question. Talk only when given permission.
Come to class prepared. You will always need your textbook, paper, pen, pencil, and any assignments that are due every day.
Use only blue or black ink. Papers/assignments written in other colors will not be graded.
You must supply your own pencils for scantron tests, pens, and paper.
Textbooks must be covered at all times.
Late assignment penalties: 1 day late = -30 points; 2nd day late = -50 points; 3rd day late = "0" (zero) No assignments accepted after the 2nd day.
No passes are given to leave the classroom. Take care of personal business before coming to class.
Disruptive class behavior will be dealt with according to the Student Parent Handbook.
The student is responsible for make-up work as per district policy.
No grooming articles are to be used during class.
You need to bring your own tissues to class.
Respect is the key to a mutually rewarding and satisfactory relationship with those who we encounter daily. Our class time together will be rewarding if we all remember the key word--Respect.
