| Book Talks Every nine weeks I will give a reading assignment - the reading will be completed in and out of class. This is a great way to improve reading skills as well as give the student an opportunity to read something they truly enjoy rather than what is being assigned to them in a classroom :) There will be one on one book talks with me at the end of the nine weeks periods that will be counted as a test grade. Reading can be fun as long as students are given the freedom to read about the things that interest them! Please see the rubric on the left for specifics.
