| Bench Marks Students will be taking Bench Mark Tests the week of Nov 17th. It is very important for students to take these assessments serious so the students, parents, and teachers can obtain an accurate assessment of each student's progress.

| Needed Classroom Supplies I ask each student to contribute as much of the following as possible for classroom supplies.
- A 4-pack of triple-A batteries
- A box of tissues
- A pack of notebook paper (college ruled)
- A pack of number-2 pencils
- A roll of paper towels

| Student supplies for Mr. Colwell's Classes - pencils,
- red pens,
- a three ring binder (I recommend one that is at least 2" wide),
- at least five dividers,
- paper (three hole with no perforations)
(Having the proper supplies for class each day is a significant part of being prepared for class.)

| Math Models and Algebra-II Students must make sure they make arrangements with me to make-up all work missed during any absences. This includes obtaining notes and making up homework, quizzes, and tests. Students will have one day for each day absent to make up work.
