Corbett Nurses - Health Corner
The School Based Health Clinic will be on campus August 3, 2021 during Prep day. They will be available to administer the Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis booster), Menigococcal and HPV vaccines. Parents/guardian will need to complete the appropriate forms (English Immunization Drive/Spanish Immunization Drive) by clicking on the form below and email completed forms to Nurse Broome at email@example.com by Friday, July 30, 2021 to receive vaccinations during Prep day.
***Students entering 7th grade are required to have a Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) booster and Menningococcal vaccine.***
***Please note your child will not be allowed to start 7th grade without the required Tdap and Menningococcal vaccine. Should your child arrive at school without proof on the first instructional day, your child will be called from their first period class to a waiting area until proof is provided or parent picks up child. (This is what we don't want to happen on their first day of junior high).
Here are the required additional/booster immunizations needed to start 7th Grade.***
******2021-22 Immunizations Requirements as of 7/27/2021*****
School vaccination rules are in effect for the 2021-2022 school year.
- Students should be up-to-date, in the process of receiving vaccines, or have a valid exemption on file when school starts in the fall.
