    Practice Necessities. YOU MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL & FORMS FILLED OUT TO PARTICIPATE!!

    -You need a physical to participate -You must fill out all forms in Rank One Sport -You must be passing all your classes (UIL RULES) -Running shoes (you will be running outside!) -Weather appropriate clothing -Water Bottle

     

     

     

    Parent Meeting

    AUGUST 17TH, 6:45 a.m. In Gym 2 PARENT MEETING

    Practice/Meets

    Practice will start August 17th. Practices will be Monday - Thursday, 6:45 a.m. . Information regarding meetings will be covered during the parents' meeting. Cross Country is a short season, you will be expected to show up to practice everyday and give your best effort. Be sure to drink water every day and stay hydrated eat healthily. These are things you can start that will get you in better form for the first day of practice.

    If you have any questions, feel free to email me at- jdurham@scuc.txed.net I will respond as soon as I can, but also remember most questions you have will be answered at the parents meeting on AUGUST 17th, 6:45 a.m. in gym 2. Please get a physical for your athlete as soon as possible so we can get your athlete cleared in Rank One Sport. You must have all forms filled out in Rank One Sport. Your child will not be able to participate without a physical and the online forms filled out.
