Awards

Steele High School Student Council was created in the fall of 2005.  We started attending district events and state conferences as we built our council.  Since our 1st submission of projects at the Arlington TASC State Convention in the spring 2007 (and every year following), we have received the Sweepstakes Award, meaning we've successfully fulfilled the requirements for the 4 categories TASC sponsors: Pride and Patriotism; DASH (Drugs, Alcohol, Safety, and Health); Energy and Environment; and Community Service.  We are also proud to be named an Outstanding Student Council. 

We are very proud of this accomplishment , as it is quite a task.  Steele Student Council enjoys being a big part of the Knight Nation community!
