     All Cross Country participants MUST have a current physical on file before you can work out with the team!

    Physicals are now online!

     

     

    **Bring your own water bottle and towel.  We have our own dressing rooms and lockers.  

    **STAY HYDRATED!!  Dehydration is a runner's worst enemy!  The best post workout recovery drink is low fat chocolate milk!

    **Watch what you eat!  The fuel you put in your body will be reflected in your performance.  Cut back on fried foods and soda!

    **Get a good pair of running shoes that fit your style of running.  No basketball shoes, cross trainers, or Vans type shoes.

    **If you are not doing the organized summer workout, find a partner or group to train with during the summer.  It is easier to work together when running!!!

    **WORK HARD AND HAVE FUN!**
