Cheerleading

  • Cheerleaders and spirit groups exist to promote good sportsmanship, good citizenship, and wholesome and enthusiastic school spirit. First and foremost, they are representatives of their school.  Cheerleaders exemplify both individual and group behavior suitable to their position and in accordance with the rules as stated in the SCUC ISD Student Code of Conduct, the Student Handbook, and the Cheerleading Constitution. Members of the cheerleading squad are expected to maintain a higher standard of behavior than their peers, both on and off campus and in academic achievement.
