7:30am - 4:30pm
Note: If you get a specific error message, write down the first few lines. This will help the Help Desk determine the problem with your computer.
When you do call, please have the following information available:
- Id Tag Number Example:
- Campus and room number
- Name of the User or caller
- Device type (desktop, laptop, iPad or projector)
- Specific problem
- Time available
