Culinary Arts 1 and 2 are Careeer and Technical Education courses. This means that the focus of these classes is career readiness and professionalism.
Students will be expected to abide by class rules and industry safety standards. Students will represent both their class and school in a professional manner, whether on class outings, competitions, or working in the industry. Students will be responsible for their own safety and that of their classmates.
During remote learning, students will be expected to follow the Zoom rules. Professionalism is still required and these activities are to be considered as part of job preparedness.
