What are some everyday preventive actions that can help fight germs, like the flu?

      • Cover your nose and mouth with tissue when you cough or sneeze.
      • Wash your hands often with soap and water.  If soap is not available, use an alcohol -based hand sanitizer.
      • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.  Germs spread that way
