Vision and Hearing

o   The goal for the Health Services Department at SCUC-ISD will detect students with hearing and vision problems early and help link them to the appropriate remedial services.

o   All Vision and Hearing Screenings will be conducted on our 7th Graders and all new students to the district. If your student did not pass the screening, a referral letter will be sent home with the student urging you to consult your physician for examination and advice.  We ask that the examining physician complete the form on the back of the referral and return to Dobie School Nurse.
