        Big Future College Board: Big Future is the College Board's free college planning tool, designed to support students through the college planning process.

        College Tuition Assistance:

        FAFSA: Federal Student Aid - There is a wealth of information on how financial aid works, dates/deadlines and steps to complete your FAFSA correctly. 

        TASFA: Texas Application for State Financial Aid - Students that are classified as a Texas Resident who cannot apply for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) are encouraged  to complete the TASFA.

        CSS Profile: College Scholarship Service Profile - is an online application that collects information used by hundreds of colleges, universities, professional schools and scholarship programs to award financial aid from sources outside of the federal government. 

        Texas Veterans Commission (TVC): TVC is a great resource for information on The Hazelwood Act. The Hazelwood Act is a State of Texas benefit that provides qualified veterans, spouses, and dependent children with an education benefit of up to 150 hours of tuition exemption at public institutions of higher education in Texas. This does not include living expenses, books or supply fees. 

        Texas Veterans Commission Podcasts: The Voice of Texas Veterans - These podcasts highlight services of the Texas Veterans Commission, which assists veterans in obtaining all the state and federal benefits they have earned.
