As a reminder, Parents must ensure they do not send a child to school on campus if the child has COVID-19 symptoms or is test-confirmed with COVID-19, until the conditions for re-entry are met. SCUC ISD continues to monitor the impact of the newest COVID-19 variant on our local community.  Additionally, district administration met with other school districts and San Antonio Metro Health leaders to determine how updated CDC guidance would impact our schools.  We will be following the updated recommendations for isolation and quarantine periods (linked here). 

COVID Testing Information

Unfortunately, we find ourselves in the same predicament as most retailers, pharmacies, and even medical offices who have not been able to obtain additional testing kits.  With that being said, at this time we are unable to provide COVID testing for our students or staff.  Once we receive our order, we will resume COVID testing.  We have linked several current and upcoming testing options below. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. 

• Guadalupe County will have opportunity for COVID-19 testing coming up in the next few weeks. Testing locations and dates are below. See attachments for details

   

  Site 1 - Seguin

  Date January 24,2022 and January 25th, 2022

  Time 8 am to 5 pm

  Location: Seguin Coliseum

  Site 2 - Cibolo

At this time, campus testing sites will serve only students and staff on campus that day. 

Any individual who is determined (or believed) to have symptoms consistent with COVID-19 while on campus or a district facility will be separated until the person can be picked-up or exit the facility and cannot return to campus until the school system screens the individual to determine the conditions for campus re-entry have been met.
