  • SIGNING UP TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC REPORT CARDS AND IPRs


    Log into your txConnect account and click on the Summary tab. 


     

    Then click on the Edit Student Settings button on the upper left side of the screen.


     

    The next screen will show the email address you currently have registered to your account and a list of each student you have added to your account.  A message will show below each student’s name letting you know if your email address matches the email address on file at the campus for that student.


    IF the email address registered to your account does not match the email address on file at your child’s campus, you will see the message “Your email address does not match an email address associated with this student”  and you will not be able to sign up to receive electronic report cards and IPRs at this time.  Contact the registrar at your child’s campus to update your email address on file. 

       

    IF the email address registered to your account matches the email address on file at your child’s campus, you will see the message “Your email is registered to this student”.  (Shown as A in the picture below)

    You can then place a check mark in the box next to “Request electronic report card, IPR and Immunization Due Letter.” (Shown as B in the picture below)

     

    You will now be able to view your student’s report card and interim progress report through your txConnect account.


    Please Note: 

    • For PK– 1st grade students, electronic report cards and interim progress reports (IPRs) are not available; these will always be sent home in the student’s backpack.

    As soon as you place the check mark in the box to request electronic report cards, interim progress reports, and immunization due letters, the last progress report or report card available will show up on the SUMMARY tab as a PDF document.


     

    Click on the PDF image to open a copy of the document.


    You will receive an alert via email when a new report card, interim progress report (IPR), or immunization due letter is available so that you can log into your txConnect account to view the document.  The new report card or IPR will replace the old copy.
