  • SIGNING UP TO RECEIVE PAPER REPORT CARDS AND IPRs


    Log into your txConnect account and click on the Summary tab.

     Then click on the Edit Student Settings button on the upper left side of the screen.

     

    Remove the check mark in the box next to “Request electronic report card, IPR and Immunization Due Letter.”

      

    You will now receive a paper copy of all report cards and interim progress reports for your student.


    Please Note:

    • For PK – 1st grade students, electronic report cards and interim progress reports (IPRs) are not available; these will always be sent home in the student’s backpack.
    • For 2nd -6th grade students, paper copies of both report cards and interim progress reports (IPRs) will be sent home in the child’s backpack.
    • For 7th – 12th grade students, the paper report cards are mailed home each nine weeks.
    • For 7th – 12th grade students, after the first nine weeks, interim progress reports (IPRs) are only mailed home for students with a failing average in one or more courses.
