    The My Account page allows you to review and change your account settings.

    Under the Students section, you can add or remove students from your account.  You can click on “Edit Settings for My txConnect Students” from this page to request electronic report cards and interim progress reports if you are the parent or legal guardian and your email address matches what is on file at the student’s campus.  A list displays under this section showing the students on your account, any associated users with the students also added to their account, and the last login for each user.

     

    The Email Address section displays the email address currently registered to your account.  You can change or remove the email address at any time.  If you have not registered your email address to your txConnect account, click here for more information.

     

    Please note:  If the parent/guardian email does not match what is on file with the student’s campus, the parent/guardian will not be able to receive electronic report cards or interim progress reports (IPRs).  If the parent/guardian email does not match what is on file with the student's campus, the parent/guardian will not be able to update student information when that feature becomes available.

    The Mobile Number / Text Messages section displays the cell phone number currently registered to your account.  You can change or remove the phone number at any time.  In order to receive text alerts, a cell phone number must be registered to your account.

    The Password section of the My Account page does not show your password.  However, you can click on “update” to change your password.

    The Hint Question section displays the hint question and answer you provided when you set up your account.  You can update your hint question and answer at any time.
