Vision and Hearing
All Vision and Hearing Screening for PK, Kinder, 1st and 3rd grade have been completed for the year.  If your student did not pass a referral was sent home with the student urging you to consult your physician for examination and advice.  We ask that the examining physician complete the form on the back of the referral and return to nurse clinic.
