As a learning community, the staff of J. Frank Dobie Jr. High, the students, and their families, are committed to maintaining a safe and positive learning environment in which all members are empowered to be life-long learners in an ever-changing world.

100% of campuses (and district) will exceed Texas Education Agency annual requirements for Index2: Student Progress.
100% of campuses (and district) will exceed Texas Education Agency annual requirements for Index3: Closing Performace Gaps between student demographic groups.
100% of campuses (and district) will exceed Texas Education Agency annual requirements for Index4: Postsecondary Rediness.
90% of secondary (7-12) students participate in high-quality extra-curricular activities.
100% of campuses (and district) will earn one or more Academic Achievement Distinctions.
