Board Meetings
The Board of Trustees meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. in the board room located at 1060 Elbel Road, Schertz, TX 78154, unless otherwise posted. These meetings are open to the public.
Regular Board Meeting Date Exceptions for 2022-2023SY:
December 2022 - Regular Board meeting will be held on December 13, 2022 (2nd Tuesday).
July 2022 - Regular Board meeting will be held on July 25, 2023 (4th Tuesday).

Meeting notices are posted 72 hours prior to the meeting outside of the Malish William Administrative Building's main doors, inside in the corridor near the board room, and shared on the District's social media. Agendas are also available online.

Public Comments
In order to provide consistency and fairness to all individuals, public comments will be heard in accordance with Board Policy BED(LOCAL) and procedures outlined Administrative Regulation BED.
Public comments will be limited to individuals who sign up to participate in the public comment portion of the meeting BEFORE the board meeting is called to order. Doors open to the public at 5:30 p.m. Forms are available in the board room on the sign-in table. We do not have electronic forms.
Public comments shall not exceed three minutes.
Public comments on general topics as well as specific agenda items listed on the posted agenda notice may be heard during the REGULAR school board meeting.
Public comments submitted to be heard during a CALLED school board meeting will be limited to topics listed on the posted agenda notice. Any comment submitted that is general in nature and not related to an item on the agenda will not be permitted.
Comments should be limited to topics such as policies, curriculum and facilities. Any direct criticism of a specific employee will not be heard during public comments and should be considered separately as provided in Board policy. In this context, individuals are cautioned not to identify any employee by name or by any combination of words or descriptions which could identify the employee to another individual.
