     Corbett JHS will offer remote learning to students during the school closure.  The following are links to help you and your child access the content that teachers have put together.  Remote learning will begin on March 25th.  Please also refer to the SCUC COVID19 Information Page for more information.


    This document entails the district's plan for providing instruction during the school closure.

    Devices and Internet Access

    If you need a device to borrow from the district technology department, please fill out this form

    If you need internet access, Spectrum is providing free internet for families with students taking online classes.  Please call 1-844-579-3743

    Teachers will be using ZOOM for online instruction, academic support and parent conferencing. Zoom is a free videoconferencing tool.

    To log in to your Google Drive

    • Go to your
    • District username is last name(maximum of 13 letters + first 2 letters of your first name + last 3 digits of your ID number
      Use your district username with at the end.
    • Password is your district password.
      Password is the first 2 letters of your first name + your ID number with the ZERO included


    Example: Sally Flower 012345  

     username:   password: sa012345

    Library Resources

    We are collecting our library books on March 30th from 8-12.  If you would like to bring our books back, we are asking if you could follow these steps.  Please wipe down the covers of the books with an antiseptic wipe.  Please place the books in a plastic grocery store bag or freezer bag if possible.  Place the books in our blue drop box that will be in the front of the school.  We thank you for helping us collect our books so that we can clean them and have them ready when you come back.

    SCUC ISD is continuing breakfast and lunch can pick up at Schertz Elementary School, located at 701 Curtiss Street, in Schertz. Breakfast can be picked up between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.; lunch service is between 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

    SCUC ISD has now set up drive-thru mobile meal distribution sites for SCUC ISD students at the following locations from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Monday-Friday:

    1.    Old Rose Garden parking lot at 506 North Blvd in Universal City

    2.    Wendy Swan Memorial Park- (Northcliffe pool) at 4601 Cherry Tree Drive in Schertz

    3.    Guadalupe County Services office (Schertz substation) parking lot at 1052 FM 78

    4.    Entrance to Pecan Grove Mobile Home Park at 125 Nu Pecan Grove in Schertz

    5.    Universal City Library at 100 Northview Drive in Universal City

Course Change Request

  • Message for 8th grade parents:

    PLEASE NOTE: This information was prepared not knowing that school would be closed for a few weeks. The deadline has been extended to submit a course change request to April 13th. If you haven't received this info yet, you should be receiving it soon.

    In the mail, you will receive a list of the courses your student selected during pre-registration for the 2020-2021 school year. Please review the courses carefully with your child. Please keep in mind that if a course does not make or your student does not meet the pre-requisite(s) of a course he/she has selected, counselors will refer to alternates.

    If you need to submit a change for your child, click on the link below and fill out the form.  The information will go out to the Clemens counselors, to be processed.

Get your yearbook

  •  The 2020 yearbook is almost done  Thanks to our AMAZING yearbook students who are working diligently to meet their deadline!
    You may order your book online at up until May 20th. Yearbooks are NOT being sold on My School Bucks.
