• How to Contact Mrs. Houy During Remote Learning

While we are participating in remote learning, the best and most reliable way to contact me is through email. I have been having some connectivity issues with Dojo so messages there are not always being delivered to me.  In order to ensure your message reaches me, please send an email NOT a Class Dojo message.

Zoom Meeting & Phone Conference Times

    Monday, Wednesday, & Friday:       8:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

    Tuesday & Thursday:      12:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

During these times, students and parents may reach out for a zoom video conference or a phone call.  This will be for assistance with lessons, assignments, and technology support.

    Frequently asked questions:

-How soon should I expect a response to my email from Mrs. Houy?

At the very latest, you should expect a response to your email within 24 hours of when you sent it. However, since I am working remotely, and have much more access to email, it should usually take no longer than 2 hours for a response 8:00 am- 4:00 pm Monday-Friday. Any emails sent outside of work hours will be answered on the following work day.

-What if I am not available to email or speak to Mrs. Houy during the hours posted?

If you need to speak with me over the phone or Zoom video conference outside the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. due to work hours or other circumstances, please indicate so in an email, and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.
