Clemens HS Night of Excellence

Samuel Clemens High School recognized 190 students during its annual Student Night of Excellence held on May 16, 2022 in the school auditorium. Honors were bestowed for any student meeting one or more of the following criteria: AP Scholars, state and national qualifiers in Career and Technical Education (CTE) organizations, Fine Arts and students of academic distinction who participated in Athletics.

Amy Sirizzotti, Clemens HS Principal, read the names and accomplishments of each student crossing the stage. After receiving their certificate from Amy Massey, CTE Coordinator, they posed for photographs with Dr. Jose Falcón, Associate Principal at Clemens HS.

Dr. Clark Ealy, Superintendent of Schools; and Dr. Damon Edwards, Deputy Superintendent; shook hands with the students present for the ceremony, along with SCUC ISD Board Trustees Jerry Perkins, President; Letticia Sever, Secretary; Belinda Evans, Assistant Secretary; Amy Thomas, Trustee; and Robert Westbrook, Trustee.
