Steele HS Night of Excellence

Byron P. Steele High School held its annual Student Night of Excellence on May 9, 2022 in the school auditorium. Those honored included AP Scholars, state and national qualifiers in Career and Technical Education (CTE) organizations, Fine Arts, and students of academic distinction in Athletics.

Eighty five certificates were awarded for CTE, 46 for Fine Arts and another 46 for athletics. Dr. Clark Ealy, Superintendent of Schools; and Dr. Damon Edwards, Deputy Superintendent, congratulated the honorees as they crossed the stage, joined by school board members Letticia Sever, Secretary; Belinda Evans, Assistant Secretary; and Amy Thomas, Trustee.
