New Teacher Reception

SCUC ISD held a New Teacher Reception on May 19, 2022 to recognize and honor teachers new to education or experienced teachers new to the school district. The event, held at Mikulski Hall, was an opportunity to thank them for choosing their commitment to education and for choosing SCUC.  

District leaders helped serve the new teachers at the reception. Kudos and thanks to the Culinary Arts students from Samuel Clemens High School and Byron P. Steele High School for providing the appetizers and desserts. Likewise for the Corbett Junior High School and Dobie Junior High School students involved with the Agriculture Club; they made the floral arrangements for the event.
