October is National Principals Month

October is National Principals Month, and it is the appropriate time for the SCUC ISD community to
recognize and give thanks for the tremendous work these educators do. They have chosen careers in
education because they want to serve and support the children and families in the community. They care
deeply about the students, teachers and staff as they help develop the next generation of educators and
leaders.

Strong schools are linked closely with strong local businesses, the workforce, and a neighborhood’s
potential prosperity. The leadership a principal delivers to a campus is one of the building blocks of success for all communities. Let us take the opportunity to thank the principals in the Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District, who strive themselves to embody the Traits of an SCUC ISD Graduate.
