Device Pick Up
Dear SCUC Parent/Guardian:
Thank you for partnering with SCUC for your student’s remote learning. In preparation for the end of the school year, we have scheduled device return at the Marion Dolford Learning Center gym, 200 W. Schlather St., Cibolo, TX 78108.
Students in grades 7-12* will return devices on the following dates and times:
Tuesday, May 26 5:00-7:30
Wednesday, May 27 3:00-5:30
Thursday, May 28 9:00-11:00
Friday, May 29 11:00-1:30
Please prepare your device(s) for return according to the instructions for device return at the end of this message.
*Students in grade 8-12 who will be attending summer school will keep their devices through summer school.
We encourage families with students in PreK through sixth grade to keep their devices so that they may continue their learning through optional summer enrichment. Information about summer enrichment is available on the SCUC website here. Any family who chooses not wish to keep their device may return it during any of the scheduled times for secondary students beginning Tuesday, May 26 (please see the schedule above).
Device Return Schedule for Summer School Student and PreK-6 students
Families with students in grades PreK-6 and those with students in secondary summer school will return devices on any of the following dates and times:
Saturday, July 18 11:00-4:00
Monday, July 20 5:00-7:30
Tuesday, July 21 3:30-6:00
Wednesday, July 22 11:00-1:30

Please complete the device return form located here, print and attach it to the device. If you do not have access to a printer, forms will be available at the drop-off location.
